Role:

We are seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join our client's small works team, focusing on helping the team deliver exceptional results for installations, maintenance, and compliance of security systems. This is your chance to become an integral part of ensuring safety and efficiency through cutting-edge technology solutions. Your role will involve:

  • Simultaneous oversight of multiple projects, from conception (project plans, documentation etc.) through to completion (implementation, handover etc.)
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between internal technical teams and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulously managing project timelines, documentation, resources, while anticipating potential challenges or shifts in scope.
  • Fostering positive relationships with stakeholders by being approachable and maintaining excellent communication throughout each phase of every project.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in effective IT project coordination - someone who can ensure smooth execution even when juggling various tasks at once.
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator - your ability to articulate complex issues simply will be key.
  • The aptitude to solve problems proactively - you won't just be identifying roadblocks but also coming up with practical solutions that keep things moving forward.
  • Organisational skills and a positive attitude.
  • Experience in a client or customer facing role, ideally in a project environment.

Desirable:

  • Prior experience with the IT, Security or Telecoms sectors.
  • Degree level education.
  • Formal project management qualifications (Prince2, Agile, PMP, PMQ etc.)
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
