As the Network Infrastructure Lead, you will be the driving force behind our organization's network operations and delivery at scale. You'll ensure that our IT infrastructure is robust, reliable, and future-ready while managing relationships with our Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver world-class services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the design, implementation, and management of scalable network infrastructure.
- Manage the operational performance of our network services, ensuring optimal uptime and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Managed Service Provider, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and deliverables are consistently met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise infrastructure performance and reduce costs.
- Provide leadership in incident and problem management to minimize service disruption.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience managing large-scale network delivery or operations in a corporate or enterprise environment.
- A proven ability to oversee and manage relationships with Managed Service Providers, ensuring value-driven performance.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, ITIL, or similar are highly desirable.
