Team Administrator - Towelrads.com
Towelrads.com are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join them. This is a full-time position working Mon-Friday 8.30am-5pm. An exciting opening for the right candidate with the opportunity for skill and personal development. The role is to support and assist the Towelrads.comteam to provide a premium level of service from initial enquiry through to completion. A varied role for a strong collaborator.
The role demands attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with important deadlines to meet.
The successful candidate should be organized ,initiative-taking who can prioritise their workload: -
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Working as part of a small, dedicated team.
Monitoring various mailboxes, processing enquiries, queries, quotation requests and ensuring all are managed within a given time frame.
Updating and maintaining the Company CRM system (Training will be given).
Ensuring all customer folders are up to date with current data/information.
Uploading new files and amendments to CRM system
Liaising with Sales Team to assist with their customer requests
Liaising with Customers efficiently and in a customer friendly manner
Essential:
Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
Good planning and organization skills
Able to work to deadlines.
Experience in Microsoft Office applications to include sound knowledge of Excel.
Ability to work in a process driven business.
