Data Management Specialist (Chemical Safety Data)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the PT&E Data Management workflow tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage data governance and verification across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to validate data from upstream systems.
  • Provide support for projects and business change programmes involving PT&E and PT AI data.
  • Ensure data quality and drive improvement activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of chemical and biological information sources.

Qualifications:

  • Good basic knowledge of chemistry, preferably with an apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biology.
  • Good knowledge of formulation is key.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience or interest in data management and quality documentation.
  • Willingness to learn product life cycle management.

- Preferred: experience with SAP EHS.
