My cleint is one of the leading Brokers who specialise in car insurance

Your working hours will be 40 hours per week covering shifts between 9:00am - 7:00pm plus every other Saturday 9am - 2pm.This role comes with a basic salary from £18,000 - 19k witha guaranteed minimum bous of £300 per month
Full training is provided with successful hires.
Sales Support Agent - This role will include shift work between 8.30am - 7pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm Saturday (1 in 3).
The Role
Validation:
Validating New Business quotes, ensuring that the policyholder receives the benefits they are entitled to. The process involves verifying policyholder information, including their eligibility and coverage under their insurance plan checking fraud identification and validating the customer before we set up the insurance policy
Banking:
To quality checking every single sale that’s made, to ensure that all the customer details are correct, before issuing out any welcome documents to the customers, and to ensure a smooth customer journey. Dealing with refunds to customers through the banking system and refunds authorized by the Head of Sale before processing,
Renewals:
- To assist underwriting in the preparation for renewal inviting
- To use tools provided to negotiate and retain customers
- Follow compliance guidelines and procedures
- Ensure work is dealt with accurately and to a high standard
Admin
- Maintaining internal databases
- Supporting the administration of Motor insurance policies including checking and maintaining accurate records of customer data
- Accurately process all incoming/outgoing mail
- Resolve any customer queries and enquiries
- Liaising with insurance companies when necessary
- Liaising with the premium finance company
- Downloading and reconciling weekly payments
Underwriting Assistant
- Assist with premium calculations for policy changes
- Assess policies for elements of potential fraud
- Help to analyse statistical data
- Examining insurance proposals
