Client Services Administrator

Salary: Up to £30,000 plus excellent benefits!

Do you have experience with administrating group life, group income protection, group critical policies, or have some experience in employee benefits?

My client is seeking strong Client Administrator to join their growing friendly team! Here you'll have the opportunity to thrive in a role that values growth and collaboration!

Your Role:

You will provide essential office-based support to Insurance Consultants, ensuring the seamless management of client portfolios. You'll be the first point of contact for client and provider queries, handling interactions with professionalism and expertise and you will help build long lasting relationships with clients through your work. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintain constructive relationships with clients, insurers, and sales executives.
  • Responding to queries, meeting agreed SLAs and keeping all parties updated.
  • Administering invoicing, accounts, client queries, claims, underwriting, and more.
  • Gathering and analysing relevant data for client scheme renewals, ensuring accuracy.

Essential criteria:

  • Group Risk, Insurance or Employee Benefits knowledge
  • Administration experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Proactive approach
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Be willing to learn and a natural curiosity
  • Be positive, collaborative and resilient. No two days are the same!
  • Be Honest and have integrity
