Site Supervisor - Bracknell

Main workstream will be full roof covering replacements, however, workstream will vary depending on contract

Mustbe capable of working in fast-paced environment

No home-working

Value of sites ranging from circa 8k - 150k.

Reporting to Contracts Manager and/or Senior SM

Responsible for arranging scaffolding, asbestos removals, liaising with clients, weekly/monthly reports

Must be IT literate (Using Word, Excel, Projects, Outlook, SafetyCulture)

A roofing bias would be preferred

Experience working for public sector clients and with tenants/tenanted dwellings preferred

SMSTS / First Aid / CSCS
