As administrative support to the Account Management team, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing vendors, ensuring their needs are met and their customer experience is exceptional. You will support the full life cycle of vendor proposals, from initial discussions to final implementation, all while working closely with our talented team to achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly targets.
Job Title: Sales Administrator
Salary and Perks: £26,000 - £28,000, private healthcare, generous pension, and holidays!

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with vendors to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Your goal is to be their go-to partner for all their needs!
- Provide administrative support for proposals from conception to completion, coordinating documentation, aligning expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of all agreements
- Effectively gather and organise all required documents, ensuring compliance and facilitating smooth operations. Your attention to detail will help the team operate efficiently!
- Maintaining a clear and accurate sales pipeline, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities for growth, playing a key role in forecasting and reporting
- Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and meet ambitious volume targets
Experience and Skills:
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work accurately and effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease
- Proficiency in CRM software's and Microsoft Office Suite
