An exciting new position has opened within in our Clients R&D team for a new R&D technician. The role, reports into the Manufacturing Director, based in Bracknell, will involve the following key aspects.
Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Team on the development of new products through formulation changes and research on new materials
Improvement of existing products through raw material analysis
Cost optimisation studies
Productlabelling reviews and formulation change to minimise the risks associated with their products
The successful candidate will have a degree in a scientific subject and will be an individual looking to establish a career in R&D or materials science.
The role offers an individual a perfect opportunity to develop skills within a UK-based Manufacturing Organisation with exposure to a range of different departments within the business such as supply chain, finance, sales and marketing and many more.
