Contract: Part-time and full-time positions available (up to 37.5 hours per week)About the Role:Meridian Business Support is seeking a skilled and compassionate  Band 6 / 7 Community Enteral Feed Nurse to join our NHS client on a temporary contact, to support patients during a critical transitional period. Your role will involve assisting community teams, supporting dietitians and community nurses to ensure patients receive seamless, high-quality care.You will play a vital role in:
  • Supporting patients and their carers by answering questions and troubleshooting issues during the transition to new enteral feed products.
  • Managing a clinical caseload under the delegation of the dietetics team leader, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Acting as a role model for the Trust’s core values and demonstrating behaviours aligned with these principles.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration.
  • Experience in enteral feeding, including clinical management and patient support.
  • Competence and confidence in managing a clinical caseload in a community setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills to provide support to patients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive and compassionate approach to problem-solving and patient care.
