Administrator (Training & Scheduling) - fully remote - £28.000 per annum - 12-month contract
Key Areas of Responsibility
The primary responsibility of a Schedule Manager is to work with the Lead Schedule Manager and ensure that schedule aligns with the company plans. Additionally the Schedule Manager, as part of a schedule team, will also work:
- To ensure sounds commercial principles are applied to all events and schedules.
- To ensure that trainer utilisation is in line with or exceeds company targets.
- To ensure that external trainer day rates are in line with or are below company target.
- To maintain the schedule and ensure maximum profitability of events
- To follow operational process and procedure, allowing efficiently manage low fill events, maximise opportunities and maintain efficiencies.
- To maintain sales responsiveness in line with SLA's and respond/assist with all Sales enquiries.
- To implement the training schedules in line with AOP.
Experience required:
- Confident on all Microsoft packages
- Ideally worked remotely in a previous role
- Administration experience
