You will be providing administration support for the Bracknell office as well as other locations. This will be a busy role that has many important responsibilities including dealing with all incoming post, ensuring this scanned and distributed to the correct teams. You will need to request, chase and monitor important financial details for the firm’s advisers, ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept up to date with progress. You may also find yourself putting together information packs for client meetings, dealing with clients or even helping with local marketing initiatives.
