You will play a crucial role in ensuring each customer feels valued and receives the highest level of service from the moment they walk through the doors!
Job Title: Office Administrator
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Bracknell
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients upon their arrival
- Supporting project managers in-house and offsite
- Handling customer queries both face-to-face and via the telephone
- Managing and scheduling customer appointments with the relevant sales representative
- Ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and presentable
- Offering and providing beverages to customers
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and ongoing projects
- Performing general ad-hoc administration duties
Skills and experience:
- Excellent communicator
- Warm and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident in a customer-facing role
- Highly organised
- Ability to get stuck in
