Merco Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Clinical Governance Nurse or Paramedic to join our team for a short-term assignment, covering sickness. If you have recent experience within the NHS and a background in management or as a line-manager, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Datix entries, ensuring compliance with NHS protocols and standards.
- Handling clinical complaints with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for both patients and the organisation.
- Assisting with referrals and safeguarding concerns.
- Supporting the management team and clinical workforce with clinical governance matters.
- Overseeing back-office management of the clinical workforce.
- Assisting with inductions and reviewing the suitability of new workers.
Requirements:
- Recent experience working within the NHS.
- Previous experience in management or as a line-manager.
