We are seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher to join our vibrant team. • Implement and deliver a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum across all key stages (KS3, KS4, and KS5), ensuring high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
• Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students, acting as a Teacher/Tutor.
• Facilitate and encourage a learning environment that provides students with opportunities to progress and excel.
• Contribute to raising standards of student attainment and support the school’s goals for academic growth.
• Lead, monitor, and evaluate the assessment and feedback to students, maintaining high standards in line with school and department policies.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with school procedures, promoting good practices in punctuality, behaviour, and standards of work.
• Assess, record, and report on the attendance, progress, development, and attainment of students, maintaining accurate records as required.
• Engage with pastoral leaders to implement the Student Support system effectively.

• Demonstrable passion for education and improving student outcomes.
• Ability to deliver a differentiated curriculum that caters to the needs of all students.
• Strong commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and build rapport with students and colleagues.
• Relevant teaching qualification and experience in teaching MFL across various key stages.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing environments.
