Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Showroom Host in a car dealership based in Bracknell.
Dates Required: 2nd, 6th and 9th December
Hours: 8-6
Pay rate: 12ph
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls to the appropriate recipients
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Providing general assistance and information to clients and visitors
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A friendly and approachable attitude
