Reed Accountancy are pleased to be partnering with a respected, family-owned international business who are currently in search of their next Payroller to join their small team, based in Bracknell, Berkshire.You will be working within a team of two in payroll and sat within the existing HR team and reporting into the HR Business Partner. This role is accountable for the efficient processing of the Monthly UK Payroll alongside supporting two smaller international payrolls.

You will be responsible for the following areas: 

  • Process monthly payroll for 200 employees
  • Ensure sufficient knowledge of tax and legal requirements associated with running payrolls
  • Ensuring accurate records and payments in accordance with statutory deadlines for tax
  • Process monthly and annual updates to benefit providers, ensuring data provided is accurate, complete and complies with auditing and legal requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for payroll and benefit related audits.
  • Lead/participate in payroll, benefit and general HR related projects as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the UK HR team including, but not limited to compliance related matters, recruitment, training, talent management, expats, and routine queries.
  • Responsible for administering the on boarding and leavers processes.

This role is suited to a payroller with experience of working on the full payroll processing including experience of employment taxes, SSP, SMP and benefits. Full training will be provided alongside the opportunity to develop your Payroll and HR administration skills and knowledge.

This is a fully office-based role, however, flexible working is encouraged, and work hours can be flexed around other commitments, this organisation work a 35 hour working week with an early finish on a Friday.
