Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting an SME in Bracknell in their search for a Payroll Specialist on a 6 month contract basis.£26-30,000 per annumPotential to go permanentKey Responsibilities include:

  • Starters and Leavers calculations
  • Change of role calculations
  • Making amendments to T&A system and Excel spreadsheet for any late hour changes
  • Sickness and SSP calculations for staff
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Logging of annual leave and sickness for head office staff, sending out quarterly update of sickness management tool to line managers

 Skills and Experience include:

  • Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Excel applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong team player who is willing to actively work across the team, adopting a can-do and flexible attitude, supporting colleagues and sharing workloads
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Friendly and approachable attitude
