Are you an experienced Gas Engineer with a background working on social housing properties. Have ACS and with some renewable ASHP and GSHP experience? On the lookout for your next new permanent position? If so, Moxie People is currently supporting a Housing Association in Hampshire that are currently seeking an experienced Gas Heating Engineer to help provide an effective, compliant, and safe maintenance service to properties across Hampshire, Wiltshire, and Berkshire.

Salary & Benefits:

* Full Time - 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday).

* Salary 42,000 plus Call out Allowance.

* 36 days annual leave, including Bank Hols. If Self-employed, get equivalent of 6,000 in Holiday pay.

The role:

* Provide Gas Engineering maintenance and servicing, responsive repairs, upgrades, and new installations to social housing properties.

* working within a 70 strong experienced Gas team covering Hampshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire.

* Be responsible for individual work diary and the timely and accurate forwarding of documents as required.

* A broad knowledge and technical understanding of all of policies, practices, and processes relevant to the provision of maintenance contracting, replacement of housing components, control systems, wet hot water, and heating systems.

Essential qualifications:

* Gas Safe qualified.

* Current holder of ACS, minimum requirements being CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, CKR1.

* UHW10/HWSS Unvented DHW Storage Systems.

* NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent).

* Some Experience installing Air/Ground source heat pumps.
