Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

As a Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children to overcome behavioural and emotional challenges. You will work closely with trained therapists, teachers, and support staff to deliver tailored therapeutic interventions that help students thrive. Key Responsibilities:

Assist trained therapists in implementing interventions for children with SEMH challenges.
Provide one-to-one and group support to help students develop emotional regulation and social skills.
Collaborate with staff to maintain a structured, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
Support students in managing their behaviour and overcoming barriers to education.
Serve as a role model, fostering resilience, self-confidence, and emotional well-being.
