Our client is seeking a Quality Compliance Executive to join the team at the head office in Berkshire. The role requires you to support the Groups Quality, environmental and security certificates and regulatory requirements. Ensuring the overall business complies with external audits.

Supporting the CISO in developing and championing continuous improvement throughout the business.

The role is working on a Hybrid Basis 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities of the Position.

  • Coordinate, maintain and implement a structured methodology for ISO9001/ ISO14001 / ISO27001/ ISO27701/ ISO 20000-1 / ISO22301 and GDPR
  • Bid evaluation (review of General Terms and Data Processing Agreements).
  • Support and help implement management strategies and plans that deliver the Company’s business objectives.
  • Ensure departments develop, agree and document processes and procedures.
  • Track evidence to assure compliance.
  • Ensure policies, processes and procedures are clear and establish objective standards of performance.
  • Prepare and evaluate Projects Risk assessments.
  • Raise, identify and develop global risk and change registers across the enterprise.
  • Establish and maintain the Compliance and Regulatory Calendar.

Ideally you will have the following skills

  • Experience in managing ISO or other certifications
  • Background within process management and administration
  • Degree Educated
  • Desire to maintain retention of ISO and other certificates to achieve long term business goals
  • A problem solver with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Desire to stay ahead of best practice in Quality Systems
  • A passion for the security sector and business compliance
