We are seeking a MEP Project Manager to join a growing Principle Contractor that specializes in High Spec Construction and Refurbishment Projects.
The company operates across various regions including Bucks, Berks, and Greater London, serving clients in sectors such as Light Industrial and NHS.
Project values range from 500k to 15 million, providing a dynamic work environment for the successful candidate.
The position reports to the Operations Director and allows for a combination of site and remote work.
The salary for this role is between 75k-85k (DOE), along with a company car or car allowance and additional benefits.

We are looking for a MEP Project Manager to join a privately owned, well-run, ambitious and growing Principle Contractor.

The company deliver High Spec Construction & Refurbishment Projects across Bucks , Berks, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Warwickshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Middlesex, & Greater London.

Clients span the Light Industrial, Commercial Office, Formula 1 & NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from 500k up to 15 million.

Reporting to the Operations Director as a MEP Project Manager you will be working on Project Sites and from home.
