- Our client, a global leader in Crop Protection Solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and complete projects.
- The successful candidate will manage all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and prepare reports for upper management.
- Candidates should have extensive experience in project management, particularly in scientific infrastructure and automation projects.
- A suitable project management qualification is required, along with a scientific or engineering background; a degree is desirable but not essential.
- The position offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
The succuessful candidate will oversee all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
Key Success Factors:
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Experience Level:
- Manage projects from conception through to closeout.
- Maintain relationships with internal customers and external contractors, represent brand locally, provide project management services to customers.
Skills:
- Management of scientific infrastructure and automation projects from conception through to closure, to agreed scope, schedules and budgets.
Education:
- Suitable project management qualification.
- Scientific and/or engineering background.
- Knowledge/experience of CDM 2015, RIBA, CIBSE.
- Degree is desirable, but not essential
