Vacancy: HEAD OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - Residential Lettings
Location: Bracknell, RG12
Salary: £44 - 48k (DOE)
Position: Permanent
An experienced, organised and highly competent Head of Property Management is needed to work with a smart Estate Agency in the Bracknell area.
You will be overseeing the Property Managementdepartment, managing a large portfolio and your role will be to ensure that outstanding levels of customer service are being delivered to Landlords and Tenants alike. Candidates must have a minimum 5 years’ experience as a property manager, ideally at senior level, to be considered for this position.
The role will also involve all aspects of compliance, training, development, management, complaint handling and recruitment within the department. Some on call time on Saturdays for any emergency related issues or problems, will also be required at times.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience is residential Property Management and have had people management or supervisory responsibilities as a minimum.
Candidate who lives in the local area, are who are both experienced and qualified (ARLA) will be given preferential consideration.

Skills required for this Head of Property Management role will include:
- Significant previous experience in Property Management
- Comprehensive supervisory level experience
- Thorough understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
- ARLA or related qualification preferred
- Be able to direct, inspire and guide a team
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Excellent telephone manner
- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- Be able to work under pressure
