Property Manager Team Leader - Bracknell

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager Team Leader to join the Head Office in Bracknell. If you’re highly organised, enthusiastic, and have a background in property management or estate agency, this could be the perfect role for you. Ideally, you will be ARLA qualified with previous experience in the field.

Role Overview:
  • Basic Salary: £45,000
  • OTE: £55,000
  • Location: Bracknell
Key Responsibilities:
  • Income Maximisation: Ensure the team focuses on current and future income opportunities, particularly through referrals and recommendations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and assess team performance against targets and service levels.
  • Process Improvement: Drive the implementation of process changes with an emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 3-6 individuals, providing focus and direction to achieve business goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve queries and issues promptly.
  • Third-Party Liaison: Coordinate with third-party suppliers to arrange necessary works and services.
  • Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance business opportunities.
  • Negotiation: Act as a liaison between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any disputes.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • ARLA Qualification: Ideally ARLA qualified (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients.
  • Organisation: Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and strong administrative skills.
  • Quick Learner: Able to pick up new processes and procedures quickly and accurately.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Composure Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
