Regional Property Manager - Bracknell

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, expanding, and award-winning company as a Regional Property Manager in Bracknell. We’re looking for a highly organized, enthusiastic individual who has experience in property management or estate agency. If you're ARLA qualified and have a passion for property management, this could be the role for you.

Role Overview:
  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE with OTE of £55,000
  • Hours:
    • Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 6.00pm
    • Alternative Saturdays, 10.00am - 3.00pm
  • Location: Bracknell
Key Responsibilities:
  • Income Maximisation: Focus on and maximise referral and recommendation opportunities to drive income.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure the team meets targets and service levels through consistent performance tracking.
  • Process Improvement: Drive, implement, and continuously reinforce changes to systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 3 - 6 members, providing direction, focus, and motivation.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve queries and problems quickly and effectively.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Liaise with third-party suppliers to arrange for works and services to be carried out.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Tenant & Landlord Negotiation: Act as an intermediary between landlords and tenants to resolve any issues.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • ARLA Qualification: Ideally ARLA qualified, but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administration.
  • Organisation: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to pick up new processes and follow procedures efficiently.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or property management.
  • Composure Under Pressure: Ability to stay calm and positive, even in high-pressure situations.
