Vacancy: SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER / TEAM LEADER– Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Bracknell, RG12
Salary: £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager looking to further their career within the Property management sector to join an expanding, award winning Estate Agents based in Bracknell.
You will be managing a team of Property Managers so you must be highly organised with a high attention to detail. You will be able to stay calm in a pressurised environment whilst supporting and motivating your team to hit targets and maximise all income opportunities.
The ideal candidates must have previous experience in Property Management and will be ARLA qualified.
The Company: Our client is an award-winning Independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and multiple local offices in and around the Surrey, Middlesex and Berkshire area who specialise in residential property sales.
Skills required for this Senior Property Manager / Team Leader role will include:
- Experience Residential Property Manager
- ARLA qualified beneficial
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Stay calm under pressure
- High level of customer service
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Full UK driving license required
