  • Lead and motivate the lettings team to meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Conduct property valuations and win new instructions
  • Manage the full lettings process from marketing to move-in

  • Work closely with marketing to support lead generation and online visibility
  • Report to senior management on performance and strategy
