As the lettings manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a successful lettings team to exceed ambitious targets. You will be driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, always ensuring exceptional service. Our client is looking for a creative individual who can collaborate with the marketing team to generate ideas that build a strong online presence to reinforce their reputation as the go-to lettings expert in the area.

Personal specification:
• Have a proven track record in residential lettings, either as a manager or ready to step up• ARLA/NFoPP would be advantageous• A confident leader who can inspire and drive a team to success• A natural relationship builder with a strong local network and business development skills• Enthusiastic about creating engaging social media content, and passionate about online marketing• A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service• Have strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance• Tech-savvy - with experience using lettings CRM systems and digital tools• Resilient and adaptable• Proactive and self-motivated• Commercially aware.

The package on offer will be in the region of ÂŁ60,000 and ÂŁ65,000.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm, Friday from 9am to 5pm, and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 9am to 4pm.
