What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement
- Developing, building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Qualifying job roles and advertising vacancies effectively
- Screening, shortlisting, and interviewing potential candidates
- Conducting new business sales calls and face-to-face client meetings
- Delivering outstanding service and driving revenue growth
What We’re Looking For:
? Recruitment experience at Senior or Principal level (or relevant sales experience)? Confident, professional communicator with strong relationship-building skills? Passionate about career development within recruitment? Resilient, positive, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic? Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills? Comfortable and confident on the phone - strong persuasion and negotiation skills? Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
