  • What You'll Do:
  • Source and engage top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for our clients' needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process for both candidates and clients.
  • Organise and maintain candidate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant employment law

Marketing Activities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent through job boards and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create and publish engaging content, such as job ads, company culture highlights, and recruitment events, tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns, using insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align recruitment strategies with overall brand messaging and ensure consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, recruitment marketing, and industry best practices.
