Education Boutique (Part of Eteach Group) is currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Tutoring and Alternative Provision Team in our HQ Bracknell office. You will work with the Senior Recruitment Consultant in Berkshire to provide strategic administration support to a rapidly expanding area of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing client administration and reports
- Posting job adverts to attract candidates
- Proactively communicating with live candidates about availability
- Nurture and grow the candidate talent pool
- Attend events to further the reach of the business
- Provide exceptional levels of customer service
- Follow internal safeguarding procedures to ensure concerns are raised appropriately.
- Maintain good record-keeping
Requirements:
- Passionate about supporting SEN learners to reintegrate back into suitable settings
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism in challenging situations
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Commitment and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and competitive individual

We also support private families in needs of tutors to support or stretch learners as they prepare for the demands of the British curriculum.
