We are seeking a highly organised and welcoming Admin/Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at a thriving secondary school in Bracknell.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the school reception, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and parents.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate school records and support general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist with student attendance monitoring and reporting.
- Support the coordination of school events and communications.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration or receptionist roles (education sector desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- Friendly, approachable, and adaptable to a dynamic school environment.
Working Hours: Full-time or part-time, term-time only.
