As our Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be assisting with leading the seamless day-to-day operations of Rowans Restaurant and Room Service, ensuring excellence in service and standards
Help to inspire and support the team, fostering a positive work environment that boosts morale and encourages strong commitment
Ensuring all company policies and procedures, including health and safety, are maintained to an excellent level
Ensure effective communication within the Food & Beverage department and across the rest of the hotel
Handling customer feedback promptly and professionally
Experience in a similar high-capacity environment with high standards is essential, preferably at a Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager level.
While knowledge of Micros is advantageous, full training will be provided.
We are a very busy corporate hotel during the week, but the weekend is where it really takes off with parties, afternoon teas and weddings!
