TEMP DESK MANAGER NEEDED!

Due to the rapid business development, we are looking to recruit a childcare temp recruitment manager to cover our London desk. This role is setting up the temp desk within the office. Making sure all compliance is followed and growing the team.

For this role we are looking for a candidate with childcare knowledge and who has worked at a senior level in an recruitment agency, and has had childcare temp recruitment experience.

As a preferred supplier of childcare staff for many leading nursery companies we are looking for a customer service driven consultant who can continue to develop these relationships, you must have with good knowledge of the childcare industry and have experience within recruitment. The perfect candidate would be someone who has great communication skills both written and oral and can build relationships with client and early years staff.

Your role would include:

Setting up and managing a temp team
Supporting nurseries for emergency/temporary staff cover
Develop relationships with new clients
Recruiting Childcares for the team and full vetting of candidates
Using social media to support recruitment need and brand awareness
Organise and attend college fairs and recruitment days
