What's involved?

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel reception desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
  • Train, mentor, and supervise reception staff to deliver high-quality customer service and exceed guest expectations
  • Manage room reservations, room assignments, and special requests to optimize occupancy and revenue
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction
  • Experience managing a team of atleast 12 members is essential as we as hotel reception management experience.
  • Knowledge of Opera is essential.
