Business Development Manager - Bracknell - Up to £28k basic - OTE £40k/Year 2 £60k/Year 3 £80k+

We are currently working with a successful software business based in the heart of Bracknell. Due to growth, they are looking for an energetic, ambitious Sales Executive/ Business Development Manager to join their close-knit team.

Top earners in this team are earning in excess of £80k++

Role Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads through a multitude of media from LinkedIn to telephone.
  • Be the first contact for inbound leads through the website
  • Pitching the software through online demos and over the telephone
  • Ensure that KPI’s and targets are met and exceeded.
  • Work as an individual and as part of a team to share ideas and best practice.

The training you will receive will ensure that you are successful from day one. You can even start earning commission during your training period!

Skills and Experience:

  • B2B sales experience is essential
  • Self-motivated and resilient individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be able to plan and prioritise as required
  • Be able to work using your own initiative in order to meet and exceed targets
