Retail Assistant- Cover for 2/3 weeks needed
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our client's team .
As a Retail Assistant, you will provide support to the shop management team in the day-to-day operations of the shop. This includes driving and exceeding sales targets, supervising volunteers, and delivering exceptional customer service to represent our client on the high street.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is desirable
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and additional hours when required
- Manual handling and computer skills required
- Ability to handle difficult or challenging customers
- Willingness to work in cramped conditions occasionally
Please note that this is a temporary position with a varied working pattern that includes regular weekend shifts.
