Our successful client in Bracknell is looking to grow their administration team after steadily gaining new business. This is a fast-paced role, working in a dynamic environment, reviewing and checking incoming documentation and contracts. Job Title: Finance and Contracts Administrator

Location: Bracknell

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on previous experience

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and validating financial agreement requests accurately and efficiently
  • Reviewing and verifying documentation, ensuring compliance within company policies and FCA regulatory requirements
  • Communicating with clients regarding their agreement and supporting with any queries promptly
  • Coordinating with colleagues to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Maintaining accurate transactional records and client information
  • Preparing regular reports for internal and external review

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong administration skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self starter who can manage their own workload successfully
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards (desirable)
