My client is based near Bracknell and has enjoyed significant growth and continued success. As such they are now looking to further strengthen their finance team through the recruitment of a finance assistant to join the team.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Finance Assistant to support our finance team in handling day-to-dayfinancial operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, supporting keyactivities like accounts receivable, accounts payable (holiday cover) and general bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with customer invoicing & account reconciliations
- General ledger entries & accurate record keeping
- Support month-end & year-end processes
- Use of financial accounting system, assisting with monthly and annual report preparations
- Expense management
- Assisting in preparation of monthly payroll
- Financial analysis support
- Audit support
- Administrative finance support
Office based role.
The successful candidate will have similar finance/ accounts experience & have the technical proficiency in MS office and accounting software.
