We are seeking an ambitious and aspirational Head of PE to join our vibrant school community. Day to Day of the Role:- Provide high-quality, strategic leadership and management for the PE department.
- Articulate and implement a strategic vision for the department, ensuring the highest standards are set and met.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve the attainment and progress of all students within the PE department.
- Formulate policies and practices that develop learning and quality first teaching to support and sustain improvements.
- Lead and manage a highly motivated staff team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Teach outstanding PE lessons across the age range, inspiring students to achieve their maximum potential.
- Expand the curriculum and extra-curricular offer to include a wider variety of sports and activities.
