Day-to-day of the role:- Plan and deliver engaging and effective maths lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to foster improvement.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Demonstrated experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level.
- Strong subject knowledge with a deep passion for mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating students.
