Brook Street is working with a leading charity dedicated to providing support and services for disabled children, young people, and their families. We believe in creating inclusive opportunities and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

Our client is recruiting for a Services Coordinator, who will play a vital role in organizing and delivering a range of services for disabled children and young people aged 3-18, as well as their families and young adults up to 25.

To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate must have:

Relevant work experience in children`s services, health, education, social care, or the voluntary sector.
Direct experience working with disabled children and young people, along with a strong understanding of disability rights and inclusion principles.
Experience in supervising staff, conducting risk assessments, and writing reports.
NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant field, with a willingness to undertake further training.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in IT and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data management.
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
Valid driver`s license preferred.
