Support Worker

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team and make a difference in the community every day by empowering and supporting others to live independently. We are looking for support workers with experience in helping individuals with learning disability, complex and Mental Health care requirements. This role will include supporting adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, communication and sensory impairments,complex social needs and Domiciliary care.

This role requires:

-Effective, professional and clear communication with the stakeholders involved
