Job Title: Commercial Team Support Coordinator

Working Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm, 37.5hrs

Day Rate: 133

Summary:
Our client's Commercial Team requires additional support to manage governance, assurance, and reporting for contracts, maintained in databases such as Salesforce and Atamis. The role involves coordinating, analyzing data, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and deliver responsive commercial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain contract databases (Salesforce and Atamis)
  • Follow up on queries using the customer-facing database
  • Direct communication with clients
  • Quality assurance of contract documentation
  • Prepare and deliver reports to internal teams
  • Collaborate with team members on priorities
  • Respond to stakeholder queries and database interrogation
  • Assist in data migration and cleansing
  • Facilitate best practices in business-as-usual activities
  • Adapt to changing business needs and tasks
  • Highlight and escalate data errors or process issues

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Experience with CRM and procurement systems (Salesforce and Atamis preferred)
  • Proficient in IT and administration
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and Acrobat
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Methodical and logical approach
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Team player with friendly demeanor
  • Understanding of health and social care environment
