A specialist school in Bracknell is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Emotional & Behavioural Support Assistant to join their dedicated team. The school provides tailored support for children aged 5 to 18 with Special Educational Needs (SEN), offering an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, including SEN specialists and psychologists.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of children facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. As part of the team, you'll help students improve emotional regulation, develop social skills, and overcome barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with therapists and external specialists.
  • Provide personalised support for children with SEMH needs.
  • Help students build confidence and achieve developmental milestones.
