A specialist school in Bracknell is seeking a proactive and dedicated Youth Mental Health Worker to join their team. The school supports children aged 5 to 18 with a variety of social, emotional, and mental health needs, offering an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, including psychologists and SEN specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
