An outstanding Special Needs School in Bracknell is currently seeking a compassionate SEN/Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join their team long-term, with an immediate start date. The school provides specialized education and therapeutic support for students aged 5 to 18 who face complex learning needs, communication challenges, and behavioral difficulties, focusing on both their academic progress and emotional wellbeing.

As an SEN/Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you will support students in small groups and on a one-to-one basis, assisting with academic goals, social skills, and emotional resilience. You will also help students navigate challenges and make positive choices, fostering skills that will support them in and beyond the school environment.
