This role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates or experienced teaching assistants to gain hands-on experience in a school environment, particularly for those interested in progressing to teacher training or further education roles.

Role Responsibilities:
- Assist students with numeracy and literacy tasks across Key Stage 1 and 2.
- Provide tailored one-on-one support to children with Autism or other additional needs.
- Help students build emotional regulation and social skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure every child is progressing.
- Demonstrate a proactive, enthusiastic, and patient attitude in your work.
Position Details:
- Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Bracknell
- Pay Rate: £83 - £95 per day (dependent on experience, training, and qualifications)
- Contract: Long-term temporary, with potential for a permanent position
- Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)
- Experience: Previous experience is beneficial but not essential. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are the key requirements.
