Holden Knight Education Ltd are seeking dedicated and passionate SEN Classroom Assistants to join schools in and around Berkshire.

As a special educational needs Classroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of students and helping them reach their full potential.

Duties- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives.- Provide instruction in various subjects, such as Maths, English, Science, and more.- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance.- Utilise effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning.- Monitor student behaviour and implement behaviour management techniques when necessary.- Provide individualised support to students with special needs or learning difficulties.- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and diversity.

Qualifications- Valid enhanced DBS on update service.- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies.- Familiarity with childcare regulations and best practices.- Ability to effectively communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress.- Experience in tutoring or providing additional academic support is a plus.
